NCBS and Barret Graduate School of Banking offer your associates who serve internal clients (Deposit/Loan Services, Research, etc.) a chance to develop a more proactive and effective approach to resourceful problem solving by reinforcing current service skills and building new ones. This class is the counterpart to Excellence in Client Service geared towards frontline associates. This class is limited to 16 participants to ensure time for small group activities and best practices discussions.

  • Understanding Client Expectations
  • Service Non-Negotiables
  • Providing VIP Service
  • Managing Client Impressions
  • Presenting Yourself
  • Telephone Skills & Written Communication
  • Communication Styles & Tools

Audience: All back office, support personnel or anyone in a leadership role responsible for creating, enhancing or maintaining an internal service culture.

Location: All sessions will be held at Christian Brothers University, Memphis, TN.

Cost: The registration cost is $250 and includes continental breakfast, lunch, snacks and study materials.

Housing: A block of rooms will be available at a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn, located on Central Avenue, a short drive from CBU. The phone number to book a room is 901-678-8200. To ensure the discounted rate, give the booking agent the event name Barret School of Banking.

Instructor: The course will be co-facilitated by Keith Cotham, NCBS training manager and Alice Finn, NCBS training consultant and instructional designer.
